TRIVOX Β· CLIENT PLAYBOOK

How to stand in front of a client

🎀 The pitch
TRIVOX β€” Your AI Transformation Partner.

We make local businesses get more customers AND run themselves. The AI department they plug in instead of hiring one.

Enter narrow. Deliver broad.

Open with the ONE problem they feel most. Land it. Then expand into the full stack via a monthly retainer. The breadth is the destination, not the opening line.

Two engines (what we deliver)

⚑ Positioning β€” get found & get customers: GEO/AEO, local SEO, ads, funnels, content.

βš™οΈ Automation β€” run it on autopilot: voice agents, chat/DM, custom AI agents, CRM, QuickBooks, any repetitive task.

Pick the wedge (how you enter)
  • Can't be found / no site β†’ Positioning
  • Drowning in calls/DMs/no-shows β†’ Automation
  • Spending on ads, weak return β†’ Ads + funnel
  • Manual back-office chaos β†’ Automation / QuickBooks
βœ… Say this
  • Lead with THEIR problem, in their words
  • "We find where you're losing customers or time, and we fix it."
  • Make them talk: one problem, what it's costing
  • Plain language + a simple story (bake-a-cake analogy)
  • One wedge now. The rest comes later.
  • The short line: "We help local businesses stop losing customers between first contact and the sale." Then stop talking.
🚫 Don't say
  • Don't list all 11 services (that's a menu, it kills the close)
  • Don't lead with jargon: AI, GEO, LLM, VAPI, automations
  • Don't quote before you've qualified
  • Don't pile on "opportunities" β€” you'll overwhelm them
  • Don't use vague "pain points / opportunities"
  • Don't talk more than them
πŸ§ͺ Qualify β€” do they deserve my energy?
Ask to score
  • "If we fixed ONE thing in 90 days that made you the most money β€” what is it?"
  • "What's that costing you now, in time or money?"
  • "Are you the one who decides this?"
  • "Want it handled this quarter, or just exploring?"
Score 0 / 6
Answer the 6 gates

Yes = 1 Β· Partial = 0.5 Β· No = 0

🚩 Red flags (nurture or drop)

"just curious about AI"haggles before valueno budgetnot the ownerwants free educationeverything vague

Hard rule: no custom proposal unless score is 4+ AND you know the ONE problem + who approves + that budget plausibly exists. This kills the dead-quote bleed.
